Using a holistic approach, I believe in teaching correct technique and improving physical condition while creating sustainable habits that last a lifetime.  I aim to educate my clients so they may achieve a healthier lifestyle, gain confidence, and reach their potential both in and outside of the gym.

It is my job to keep my own body and mind fit and healthy, to strive for living with optimal well-being, and to constantly expand my knowledge.  I love being active and enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and knowledge about health, fitness and wellness with others.  I have been involved in sports since childhood and weight training for over 15 years and began competing in bodybuilding in 2018.

Working out and eating healthy doesn’t have to be an arduous endeavour.  It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make.  I feel privileged to learn from my clients as they work towards their personal goals and I truly value being a part of their journey.

About RAY Wellness

I chose to focus on wellness rather than fitness, because working out alone isn’t always the answer.  A healthier you begins with proper nutrition to fuel your mind, your body, and your workouts.  However, above all comes your general wellness.  Wellness encompasses many things including relaxation, sleep, recovery, mindfulness, stress management, and a sense of purpose and community.

RAY stands for ‘Real, Achievable, You’ because I want to help others reinvent themselves in a way that is achievable and realistic.  RAY also captures the radiant life-giving nature of the sun, hopefully inspiring vitality and a brightness in others’ lives.  Finally, my late father’s name is Ray and so I dedicate this endeavour of mine to him.
